What procedures do I need to go through to visit the Beijing Hydropower & Pumped Storage Exhibition?

You may pre-register via the official website www.cihe.net or the WeChat account Beijing Pumped Storage Equipment Expo.

Show your registration confirmation and ID card at the venue for entry.


Who can visit the Beijing Hydropower & Pumped Storage Technology and Equipment Exhibition?

This exhibition is for industry professionals only. Visitors under 18 are not permitted.

Real-name verification is required on site.

Chinese visitors: e-visitor pass + PRC ID card

HK/Macau/Taiwan & overseas visitors: visitor pass + valid ID (passport, travel permit, etc.)


Is there an admission fee?

Admission: ¥30 per person (valid for 3 days). Visitors who complete pre-registration in advance enjoy free entry.

What channels are available for free tickets?

Channel 1: Complete real-name registration via the official website or WeChat before December 1, 2026 to waive the ¥30 ticket fee.

Channel 2: Register with an invitation from an exhibitor to enjoy free admission.


Can I register for my colleagues?

Due to real-name verification requirements, group registration for colleagues is no longer available.

Instead, you may use our "Invite Friends" function. After completing your own registration, share the invitation poster with colleagues for them to register individually.


How to obtain a visa invitation letter from the organizer?

Visitors may go to Visa Application for contact details and apply to the organizer for an invitation letter.

I have pre-registered. How can I get the confirmation letter?

Follow the WeChat official account Beijing Pumped Storage Equipment Expo. Click Visitor Pre-registration in the menu, then select My Certificate to check your pre-registration code anytime.

After pre-registration, how do I enter the exhibition venue?

In accordance with relevant regulations, the exhibition uses real-name registration and facial recognition for entry.
